How to book the Apartment

We are delighted you have made the decision stay at the Haldon Belvedere. Here are some handy tips on how to go about booking your stay with us

Choose your dates - View our Availability and simply email  or call Debbie on 01392 833846 to ensure your selected dates are available and we will reserve them for you.

Provisionally book your dates - Confirmation of availability will be advised when you call and an email sent with payment details and booking form. The provisional booking will be held for 7 days by which time we shall need a deposit to secure the dates you have chosen. On the expiry of the 7 days the provisional booking will automatically lapse if the required deposit has not been received.

Secure your Booking - A deposit of one third of the cost of your stay (or £100 if greater) is required to secure your booking. The balance is due three months before your stay or if your stay starts within 3 months of your booking then the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Payments are preferred via bank transfer (BACS ) and details are sent when provisional booking made. 

On reply with your complete booking form and deposit paid - a confirmation will be received and an invoice will be forwarded

Balance of payment – due 3 months before stay. No reminder will be sent.

Final Instructions – Key Uplift Instructions will be advised one week before your stay .
